I really enjoyed Tate and Hadley's story, and I could connect with it a lot more than I had with Kellan and Molly's. Plus, the Devil's Knights and their women made a cameo, so that automatically gave the story extra points 😂

Tate is one of the owners at Powerhouse, the karate studio in the town where Hadley lives. Hadley is a struggling waitress at a strip club, and is also guardian to her 16-year-old nephew, Ryker. They meet by chance before realizing that Ryker actually goes to Powerhouse and is being mentored by the guys there. There is some drama happening because of that, as Hadley doesn't think it's a good idea to tell Ryker that she is seeing Tate, and when Ryker finds out, he is upset for being lied to.

All in all, I really enjoyed the story, but it did leave me with some questions. Like, why did Tate suffer from insomnia? And did it ever get cured? When did Hadley finally get to see his big house? Did she like it? And where was Ryker's father?

Winter Travers has another hit on her hands. Love on the Mat book 2 in her Powerhouse M. A. Series. This story revolves around Tate and Hadley. Tate is sexy , owns part of Powerhouse, he has everything he needs but something is missing, well this is where Hadley comes in. Hadley has had a rough few months, Tate wants to give her it all but she is stubborn, sexy and independent. Their story is explosive with all the right elements. So if you haven't picked up a copy of Love the Mat yet, I suggest you grab a copy its oh so good and you will not disappointed. I voluntary received an Advanced Reader Copy of this book for an honest review. Happy Reading!!
Winter Travers hit it out of the park again with Love on the Mat. Hadley and Tate are a great pairing. I love the back and forth between them as they come together. The story hooks you from the beginning and keeps you turning the page until you don't realize it is over. It also leaves you wanting more from the other characters in the books. I really like how Winter Travers keeps the characters from the previous book into play as well. You aren't just reading about the couple, but seeing into the lives of the other characters in the series. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. I really like these guys.
4.5 stars....Tate and Haddie are amazing individuals and then you put them together and they are adorably sexy. This is such a funny, sweet story.
Then there is Ryker the really cool teenager. I really enjoyed the dynamic of his relationship with his aunt. I love how protective they are of each other. They have been through so much together and separately.
The supporting characters had me laughing out loud. I did not want this book to end. Winter you make me want my own ninja. Love all the love in this book.
5 STARS FOR LOVE ON THE MAT!!! Wow...Another fantastic book from this amazing author. Winter Travers is a magical storyteller no matter what she writes, MC, Racing or Karate, she brings you into their world. Tate is a bad A, super sexy with a fun sweet personality. Hadley is a beautiful strong woman, raising her teenage nephew after his mom died. I love watching these two go through their struggles to make a relationship. I highly recommend this book or any book by Winter Travers. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
Tate and Hadley, or Haddy as Ryker calls her, are a great pairing. The way they battle on me another and themselves while they come together is the perfect match of drama and lust with some angst thrown in the mix. I was excited to see where this series would lead us and it does not disappoint. And let me just tell you the dynamic of Hadley and Ryker's relationship is just another aspect to love about this book.
For those who loved Winter's MC series you get a peek at the Devil's Knights and their women. They still make you chuckle at their antics even in their small cameo.
I truly enjoyed the next book in this series. It was one of the best stories, I have read in a while. We have met Ryder in the previous book, we just didn't know where his aunt fit in the situation. Oh, do we find out!! Tate a man of mystery. Him and Roman go out one night And Tate is instantly attracted to certain waitress. Little does he know it's Ryder aunt, the boy they took under their wing. The chemistry is off the charts.. they hook up and then the next day she goes to pick up Ryder from krate and who does she meet( more meet again) Tate. They start to see each other, but keep it a secret. Things are good for a while then things happen.. read this amazing story to find out what happens with Tate and Hadley! I can't wait for the next book!! Truly Roman or Dante will do!!
I literally have no words to describe this amazeballs book! When you turn the page and just want to keep reading to know what happens next then see it says the end, you get sosad and can't wait for the next one. That's another thing that is sick about Winter Travers is that she ties every character together through the books so that you still hear and know what's going on with the ones you have already come to love. Above that, she was wickedly tied her MC books (Devil Knights series) into this book so that you get t to touch into them still as well!
